Maharishi's Achievements: A Glimpse of Forty Years Around the World; 1990-1999

1991		Maharishi's Year of Support of Nature's Government		In his new years inaugural address to 7,000 Sidhas and meditators in Maastricht, Holland, and via satellite broadcast to meditators throughout the world, Maharishi inspires his worldwide movement to create permanent groups of 7,000 Yogic Flyers -- experts in Maharishi Technology of the Unified Field -- as soon as possible, with particular emphasis on India, the U.S.A., Soviet Union, Holland, and China. These groups of 7,000 will nourish all nations and ensure irreversible world peace. Maharishi outlines his program to create crime-free national capital cities so that every government will make positive, life-supporting decisions in a peaceful atmosphere. Maharishi invites the US Government to move from the crime-riden atmosphere of Washington, D.C. Fairfield, the home town of Maharishi International University in the State of Iowa, which is known to be the most coherent, peaceful are in the U.S.A. Maharishi launches a program to establish Maharishi Ayurveda Health Centers in every community. Maharishi establishes the Maharishi Center of Perfect Health and World Peace in Fairfield, Iowa, to offer health care programs based on Maharishi Ayur-Veda, to bring enlightenment for the individual, and to raise the number of Yogic Flyers to 7,000, thus insuring an integrated national consciousness and peace in the world -- a fertile ground for Heaven on Earth. Maharishi inaugurates his Action Plan -- Global Action Plan to Create Heaven on Earth -- with different angles in different countries. Main angles are Education, Health, and Economic development On the last day of the Year of Support of Nature's Government, Maharishi announces the establishment of the world's first group of 7,000 'Yogic Flyers' in the World Capital of the Age of Enlightenment in Maharishi Nagar, India. Maharishi's Constitution of the Universe, the source of all order and harmony displayed in the universe, based on his Apaurusheya Bhashya of Rik Veda, is verified by the Superstring Theory of the Unified Field. Maharishi invites all governments to make use of this Constitution of the Universe in order to raise the dignity of their (manmade) constitution to the supreme dignity of the Constitution of the Universe and make their administration as efficient as the Government of Nature.
1992		Maharishi's Year of The Constitution of the Universe		During the first quarter of this year, Maharishi Vedic University is inaugurated in ten countries to teach Maharishi's Vedic Science and Technology The International Council of Maharishi Vedic University receives invitations from eleven different universities in different countries to help them create a faculty of Maharishi's Vedic Science and Technology to teach: Health Education, Maharishi Ayurveda, which incorporates the knowledge of perfect health for the individual and collective health for the nation ... Maharishi brought to light Supreme Political Science to introduce automation in administration and create conflict-free politics and a problem-free government in every country; inspired the formation of a new political party, the Natural Law Party, in an increasing number of countries throughout the word to enrich and support national law with natural law, and in this way promoted a practical procedure to actualize the Absolute Theory of Government (1992).
1993		Maharishi's Year of Global Administration through Natural Law, Ram Raj		Maharishi established Maharishi Vedic Universities and Maharishi Ayur-Veda Universities throughout the world to offer mastery over Natural Law to every individual, and to perpetuate life in accordance with Natural Law- perfection in every profession-and create Natural Law-based problem-free government in every country- governments with the ability to prevent problems. In the last quarter of 1993, Maharishi discovered the Veda and Vedic Literature in the human physiology, establishing the grand unity of all material diversity in creation -- of all sciences and of all religions. This has heralded the Dawn of the Vedic Civilization, civilization based on pure knowledge and the infinite organizing power of Natural Law -- life according to Natural Law -- where no one will suffer; all will enjoy the eternal glory of God -- Heaven on Earth.

1994		Maharishi's Year of Discovery of Veda in Human Physiology		Maharishi Vedic Universities and Maharishi Ayur-Veda Universities were established throughout the world to offer mastery over Natural Law to every individual and to perpetuate life in accordance with Natural Law -- perfection in every profession -- and create Natural Law-based problem-free government in every country -- governments with the ability to prevent problems. Programs for prevention in the fields of health and security were introduced to create healthy national life and an invincible armor of defense for the nation, by introducing new prevention-oriented programs of Maharishi Ayur-Veda for the perfect health, and by introducing the program for PREVENTION WING in the military of every country to disallow the birth of an enemy just by training a small percentage of the military in the Vedic Technology of Defense
1995		Maharishi's Year of Silence		Maharishi University of Management in the U.S.A., Japan, Holland, and Russia were established to eliminate the problems of management everywhere, and actualize Maharishi's Absolute Theory of Government. Introduced knowledge of Natural law in the field of management, and Maharishi's Corporate Revitalization Program, to restore profitability and vitality to failing industries and improve the performance of successful organizations, is now being introduced in India, Europe, the United States. and Australia (1995); ( Maharishi University of Management offers practical programs to prevent and eliminate problems of public administration, by bringing the support of Natural Law to national law. Maharishi developed a Political Leadership Training course to present to leaders of all political parties the principles and scientifically validated programs of perfect administration through Natural Law in order to achieve the ideal of conflict-free politics and problem-free government. In September 1995 the state assembly of Madhya Pradesh, India, unanimously adopted a resolution establishing Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Maharishi Vedic University will offer every citizen of Madhya Pradesh total knowledge of Natural Law, as brought to light by Maharishi form the Veda and Vedic Literature.   The Fruit of All Knowledge can be made available to everyone because:   1. The basic nature of the Self is pure wakefulness -- Transcendental Consciousness -- pure knowledge, power and bliss; and all streams of creation are nothing other than expressions of the unbounded ocean of the Self. 2. Maharishi's insights into: the nature of the Self, or Atma, of everyone; the emergence and evolution of Natural Law within this ocean of Pure knowledge, power and bliss; the holistic and specific structures of Natural Law available in the sounds of the Vedic Literature; Maharishi's commentary on Rik Veda -- Apaurusheya Bhashya; and the beautifully structured Maharishi Vedic Science, the Science and Technology of Consciousness, the complete science, which includes both approaches, the objective approach of modern science and subjective approach of consciousness. These beautiful gifts of knowledge for all mankind are emerging as the rising rays of the Dawn of the Age of Enlightenment, which Maharishi inaugurated in 1975.   In November 1995 Maharishi designed a global plan for administration through Natural Law by establishing in the center of every country, state, province, and community a Maharishi Brahmasthan, a central point from where total Natural Law will be kept lively generation after generation in order to create an integrating influence for all the Laws of Nature functioning in the ever-expanding universe. The influence of establishing the Brahmasthan has its basis in the most sophisticated, complete practical knowledge of Natural Law, whose mathematics are really beyond the comprehension of the human intellect. The only source of this complete practical wisdom of the connectedness of everything with everything else in the universe is the authentic knowledge of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda, which is one of the 40 precious disciplines of Maharishi Vedic Science.

1996		Maharishi's Year of Awakening		On 12 January, Maharishi invites all to join him in the final awakening of Atma to Brahman. Maharishi inaugurates Time-Zone Capitals of Heaven on Earth to host experts in Maharishi's Vedic Science and Technology on July 30th, Guru Purnimah day. Maharishi University of Management celebrated its Silver Jubilee on September 12 with a momentous phone call in which Maharishi outlined his plans for additional advanced programs for more sophistication of experiences and higher levels of integration of world consciousness.

1997		Maharishi's Year of Global Administration of Natural Law		Maharishi celebrates the onset of Global Administration through Natural Law. Through the Time Zone Capitals each level of creation will be enlivened with the power of Natural Law. National law will become supported by Natural Law on the material, mental, intellectual and transcendental level of creation and thereby fulfill the supreme purpose of administration: life free from suffering and Heaven on Earth

1998		Second Year of Maharishi's Global Administration of Natural Law		On 10 June 1998, "Maharishi Veda Vision - The Maharishi Channel" - was inaugurated in a television broadcast to 57 countries. The Maharishi Channel will bring the eternal wisdom of the Veda to every home. During the inaugural ceremony, Maharishi expressed the great need for Vedic Knowledge, the complete knowledge of Natural Law, to be made available to every citizen Maharishi inaugurates the World Centre for Vedic Learning to be housed in the world's tallest building, which is to be constructed at the Brahmasthan or center of India. On November 6th, the foundation stone was laid in an internationally televised celebration attended by leading Indian and international dignitaries. This enormous structure will be 2222 feet high, and 1111 feet on each side of its square base. It will have more than 20 million square feet of livable space on 144 floors. This building will be home to up to 100,000 Vedic Pandits, who through the practice of Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying, will create coherence in world consciousness, and maintain unlimited positivity, peace and harmony in the family of nations. The building will be structured precisely according to Vastu Vidya of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda - Vedic architecture in harmony with Natural Law. The building will be perfectly oriented north, south, east, west, with its entrance in the due east direction. Its proportions, placement of rooms, layout of the site, and relationship to the environment will all be exactly structured according to Vastu Vidya, so that the building is most auspicious. This will ensure that the individual intelligence of the inhabitants will be naturally aligned with the cosmic intelligence that is the ruler of the universe. On August 2nd 1998, His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi inaugurated Maharishi Open University, a global university whose courses will be transmitted via a network of eight satellites to students, working adults and retired people in every country in the world. The University will offer Consciousness-Based Education, which provides for the total utilization of the brain, and in that surpasses all existing universities. Maharishi Open University will teach students the Total Knowledge of Natural Law, through interdisciplinary study of all fields of science, arts and commerce, and their common basis in the Unified Field of Natural Law -- the self-referral field of consciousness.
